MEET STEPHANIE ORAM

Stephanie Oram, a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Kinesiology, has been in the fitness industry for over 23 years.

Stephanie began her career as a group fitness instructor in Northwest Arkansas in 1994. She has been trained in, certified and has taught many disciplines of fitness, including but not limited to Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Cycling, and Personal Training. She has taught and trained in Arkansas, Kansas, Texas and Florida.

In 2007, Stephanie founded XTRAINFIT and opened her gym in 2009. In 2010, Stephanie released her first fitness program, X-TrainFit At Home.

Stephanie’s focus is on functional and traditional training, concentrating on transforming the body and mind while making each workout suitable for all fitness levels. Her training methods include a unique combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specific drills, yoga and Pilates. All of these are practiced in her sets to create a dynamic workout for each participant.
