STEPHANIE ORAM

Stephanie Oram, a graduate of Kansas State University, has been working in the fitness industry over 23 years. She began her career as a group fitness instructor in Northwest Arkansas in 1994. She has been trained in, certified and has taught many different fitness classes, including but not limited to Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Cycling, an Personal Training. She has taught and trained in Arkansas, Kansas, Texas and Florida. In 2007, Stephanie founded X-TrainFit as an outdoor boot camp and opened her first gym in 2009.

In 2010, Stephanie created her first home program, X-TrainFit At Home. Since the launch of the first DVD in 2010, Stephanie has helped thousands achieve their fitness goal with her various programs. Stephanie’s focus is on functional and traditional training, concentrating on transforming the body and mind while ensuring each workout suitable for all fitness levels. Her training methods include a unique combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specifics drills, yoga and Pilates.
