Monique grew up in Northwest Arkansas and is an avid football fan and an alumnus of the University of Arkansas.

Monique received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in exercise physiology.

Monique is now a Doctor of Physical Therapy and works in Florida in an outpatient setting to help rehabilitate people from injuries to return to their prior level of function or stronger to reach their individualized goals.

Monique’s passion is to give people back their spirit and drive after sustaining injuries and to educate and prevent others from not setting themselves up for injury, and works with clients from collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, to geriatrics.

SPORT YOGA UPPER BODY

Similar to the Lower Body Sport Yoga workout, you will go through a series of poses that work the entire body, with an added focus on the upper body. The light dumbbells are an option that gives you more of a challenge to further rev your metabolism and tone your upper body.
